Quality Assurance Analyst (Chemistry)

About the role

Join Nestlé's Quality Assurance Laboratory team in Cabuyao, Laguna, and play a key role in safeguarding the safety and quality of our food products. You will conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, packaging, water, environmental samples, and finished goods while adhering to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products.
• Validate analytical methods and ensure accurate testing results.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and manage reagents, chemicals, and testing supplies.
• Record, analyze, and report laboratory results promptly.
• Investigate testing deviations and support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Laboratory Safety, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and ISO 17025 standards.
• Support laboratory audits, quality initiatives, and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Assist with administrative, testing, reporting, and other laboratory activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Registered/Licensed Chemist.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety, GLP, and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cabuyao and rotate across laboratory functions.
