Quality Assurance Analyst – Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst will support Del Monte Philippines’ beverage manufacturing operations in Cabuyao City, ensuring that raw materials, packaging, in‑process products and finished goods consistently meet the company’s high standards for quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and laboratory testing of raw materials, packaging components and finished beverages.
• Monitor production lines to verify adherence to GMP, HACCP and food‑safety requirements.
• Perform internal audits of sanitation, GMP and quality systems, and assist in corrective‑action implementation.
• Record, analyze and report test results, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure testing precision.
• Investigate non‑conformities, participate in root‑cause analysis and coordinate corrective measures with production and suppliers.
• Support product release processes, documentation control and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining the Food Safety and Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• At least one year of QA experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment.
• Licensed Chemical Technician or Licensed Chemist is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
