Quality Analyst

About the role

The Quality Analyst supports quality auditing, analysis, reporting and the development of improvement plans within a healthcare collections environment. The role works closely with Operations and Training teams to identify risks, diagnose issues and implement process improvements that drive positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project‑related quality processes are followed and internal metrics are achieved.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, deliver findings on time and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify and implement methods to meet quality targets in consultation with leadership.
• Assist with quality assessments, performance improvement activities and ongoing education.
• Participate in client presentations, handle complaints and queries, and adjust workloads as needed.
• Disseminate guideline changes, monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Med‑Metrix policies.
• Support new‑hire training, refresher sessions and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of AR Follow‑Up production experience.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Quality Analyst in healthcare insurance collections or a call‑center environment.
• Consistently meets performance expectations (rating ≥3.0) and maintains KPI scores ≥3.5.
• 12 months tenure with Med‑Metrix in the current role and no Level 3+ sanctions in the past year.
