QA Tester – AI Tools

About the role

The QA Tester will ensure the quality of AI tools across multiple models by executing both manual and automated test cases. You will work closely with globally distributed teams and customers to deliver reliable product releases.

Key responsibilities

• Test AI tools using various models, performing both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with international teams and customers throughout the product release cycle.
• Execute internal version testing, error analysis, and support deployment readiness.
• Conduct preliminary analysis, localize problems, and report issues promptly.
• Write automated test cases within the existing framework when needed.
• Analyze Incident and Change Management (ICM) data to identify root causes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of testing experience, preferably with end‑to‑end module testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Quick thinker able to translate requirements into test cases.
• Understanding of front‑end, back‑end, and database development principles is a plus.
