Public Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Public Attendant to join our Food & Beverages team. In this role you will help create a clean, welcoming environment and deliver excellent customer service that enhances our guests’ dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service to guests, answering questions about the menu and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, including tables, floors, and outdoor spaces.
• Support the Food & Beverages team by assisting with setup, clearing, and restocking as needed.
• Adapt to various tasks and work flexible hours, including irregular shifts and outdoor duties.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service standards align with the brand.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High School or Senior High School diploma.
• Less than 1 year of experience; first‑time job seekers are welcome.
• Hard‑working, proactive, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.
• Basic knowledge of menu items and company policies.
