Property Management Team Leader (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a US‑based Property Management Team Leader to drive the daily operations of our virtual property management team. This remote position will act as the bridge between front‑line staff and senior management, ensuring leasing, maintenance, collections, and administrative tasks are executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise leasing, collections, maintenance dispatch, and administrative activities.
• Respond promptly to rental inquiries and monitor lead conversion, applications, approvals, move‑ins, and occupancy levels.
• Oversee daily posting of rental ads on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, etc.
• Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
• Provide daily performance coaching and manage virtual team members.
• Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment, multifamily, or residential property management.
• Proven experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff.
• Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow‑up, work‑order management, and occupancy management.
• Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees.
• Excellent reporting and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English.
• Quiet home office, reliable electricity with backup, and fast internet (≥10 Mbps) with backup.
• Computer meeting minimum specs: Intel Core i5 8th gen or AMD Ryzen 5, 8‑16 GB RAM, Windows 10 or macOS Ventura/Sonoma/Sequoia/Tahoe.
