Project Team Head, IT

About the role

The Project Team Head, IT will provide strategic leadership and governance across New Business, Project Management, and Quality Assurance functions within NTT DATA Payment Services. This senior position is responsible for shaping the direction of IT initiatives, ensuring that projects align with business goals and meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IT project team in planning, executing, and delivering new business initiatives.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks for project delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance activities to guarantee that solutions meet defined criteria.
• Coordinate collaboration between New Business, Project Management, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with governance standards.
• Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in leading IT project teams and managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of governance models, quality assurance processes, and new business development in the technology sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
