Project Supervisor – Events & Production

About the role

We are seeking a Project Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of events, activations, and printing productions. The role combines on‑site coordination with remote management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, suppliers and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Supervise on‑site teams including coordinators, technicians and crew members.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Conduct on‑site inspections, troubleshoot issues and adjust plans as needed.
• Monitor materials, stock and equipment usage to avoid shortages.
• Document project updates, prepare progress reports and communicate developments to stakeholders.
• Implement safety and compliance protocols for field operations.
• Identify risks, propose solutions and manage on‑site challenges.
• Ensure proper turnover of reports, assets and final documentation at project close.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project supervision, events management, printing or production.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities with capacity to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle on‑site challenges effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site as required.
