Project Supervisor – Events, Activations & Production

About the role

The Project Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of events, activations, and printing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This hybrid role combines remote coordination with on‑site presence as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, suppliers and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Supervise on‑site crews, including coordinators, technicians and other staff.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and quality standards, adjusting plans when necessary.
• Conduct on‑site inspections, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track materials, stock and equipment usage to avoid shortages or delays.
• Prepare progress reports, update project documentation and communicate developments to stakeholders.
• Enforce safety and compliance protocols for all field operations.
• Identify risks, propose solutions and ensure proper handover of reports and assets at project close.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project supervision, events management, printing or production.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities with capacity to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site as required.
