Project Site Engineer – Electrical, Mechanical or Civil

About the role

Axelum Resources Corp. is seeking motivated Project Site Engineers to lead engineering projects at its Medina Plant in Misamis Oriental. Candidates will be assigned to Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil disciplines and will ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time delivery of construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of projects within the assigned engineering discipline.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress, and report status.
• Review drawings, specifications, and documentation for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
• Support material requisition, cost monitoring, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial construction, plant engineering, or project execution.
• Experience with construction, installation, or maintenance in the relevant discipline.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project management principles and construction safety practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with MS Project (advantage).
