Project Site Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil)

About the role

The Project Site Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring engineering projects within the assigned discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil). The role ensures construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project execution within the assigned engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and work progress.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and verify completed work.
• Support project planning, material requisition, and cost monitoring.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• PRC Licensed Engineer preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial construction, plant engineering, or project execution.
• Experience in construction, installation, or maintenance within the candidate's engineering discipline.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project management principles and construction safety practices.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• MS Project (advantage).
