Project Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain detailed construction schedules for major infrastructure projects. The role supports project teams and stakeholders by providing accurate schedule data, risk analysis, and timely decision‑making support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain construction schedules using CPM, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Track progress, analyze performance, and prepare regular schedule reports.
• Maintain schedule integrity, baseline versions, and version control.
• Coordinate task sequencing, milestone tracking, resource loading, and subcontractor schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to align scopes of work with timelines.
• Identify critical path activities, monitor float, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal meetings, client updates, and senior management briefings.
• Update the project risk register and conduct delay, "what‑if", and impact analyses.
• Facilitate coordination among engineering, procurement, and construction to resolve schedule conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and document control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to accept project‑base status and be assigned to Manila.
