Project Packaging Manager

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Project Packaging Manager to lead industrial packaging projects from concept to deployment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, production and suppliers, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project launch in collaboration with SCPM, engineering and plant teams.
• Analyse packaging solution impacts together with Cost Engineering.
• Coordinate activities with Inbound CDP teams.
• Prepare CAPEX investment calculations and associated presentations.
• Track KPI indicators, project milestones and action plans.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing industrial or packaging projects.
• Strong knowledge of project economic management, including CAPEX and OPEX.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs, plan and control milestones.
• High level of English for international environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
