Project Nurse

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Nurse to manage occupational health services for its infrastructure projects in Manila. The role supports employee wellbeing, emergency response and compliance with occupational safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the on‑site doctor with clinic duties, conduct counseling, administer medication and tests, and monitor employee health.
• Coordinate employee treatments, referrals, and health‑related trainings.
• Develop, implement and coordinate emergency response plans with the Safety Team, including rescue facilitation and health‑related training.
• Organise health and wellness programmes and ensure activities comply with OSH regulations.
• Maintain clinic records and health documentation.
• Manage internal and external communications regarding inspection findings and health status of workers.
• Support patient referrals to hospitals and contribute to report preparation.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with relevant professional experience in infrastructure or construction settings.
• Completed government‑mandated basic training for Occupational Health Nurses (OHNAP / BOSH for Nurses).
• Flexible, able to work under pressure and a strong team player.
• Proficient in written and oral English.

Required skills

• Registered nursing qualification.
• Occupational health nursing training (OHNAP / BOSH).
