Project Manager – Website Migration (Hybrid, Makati)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end migration of our corporate websites to a new platform. The role will work closely with Marketing, IT, Digital, UX/UI, Content and external vendors to deliver a modern, scalable and high‑performing web presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close the website migration project, defining scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate content transfer, SEO preservation, UX/UI updates and system integrations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across multiple locations, acting as the primary point of contact for Marketing, IT, Brand, UX/UI, Content and vendors.
• Support testing phases (UAT, performance, QA) and ensure post‑launch stabilization.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, sponsors and management, providing status updates and risk mitigation.
• Manage change adoption for marketing teams and ensure smooth transition to the new platform.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience delivering complex technology solutions as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
• University degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Proven experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Experience managing projects with stakeholders in multiple locations.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master or ITIL are a plus.
