Project Manager – Strategic Enablement

About the role

Ubiquity is seeking a Project Manager to drive its Strategic Enablement function. You will translate high‑level priorities into actionable plans, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and help remove operational friction across revenue‑generating and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Convert strategic priorities into clear scopes, workplans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
• Maintain audit‑ready project documentation, including objectives, success metrics, timelines, stakeholder maps, decision logs, and action trackers.
• Coordinate working sessions, align stakeholders, and ensure follow‑through on commitments across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Identify organizational gaps (handoff issues, unclear ownership, recurring blockers) and partner with the Director to define practical solutions.
• Gather inputs, map current‑state workflows, document pain points, and structure proposals into executable plans.
• Provide concise status reporting for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, decisions needed, and next steps.
• Manage dependencies and risks, escalating early with mitigation options.
• Support change execution through communications, training handoffs, and feedback loops.
• Improve and maintain templates, trackers, and lightweight governance to streamline cross‑functional delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience supporting project delivery, PMO, or operations.
