Project Manager – SAP & Non‑SAP Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of both SAP and non‑SAP initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This senior role requires coordination of cross‑functional teams, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and blueprinting to execution, testing, migration, and go‑live.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and SAP workstreams, including module‑specific timelines.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and timelines, and report status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with SAP service providers.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans for integration, data migration, and user training.
• Collaborate with change‑management, architecture, and business teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP functional or business process areas.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering large, complex enterprise projects.
• Proven track record managing high‑visibility SAP implementations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate).
• Project management expertise, including budgeting, resource allocation, and KPI tracking.
• Vendor and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent business and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional and stakeholder teams.
