Project Manager – Remote

About the role

Outsourcey is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise‑technology programmes for regulated financial services and payments clients. This remote position will drive end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring fixed‑price, fixed‑scope projects meet KPI targets while collaborating with teams across the Philippines and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle – incubation, sprint execution, and post‑handover support.
• Run iteration governance including planning, showcase, retrospectives, risk reviews and dependency tracking.
• Produce weekly status and KPI reports aligned with the LFS KPI Framework.
• Manage RAID logs, escalating blockers and coordinating resolutions with the LFS program team.
• Coordinate device provisioning, access setup and security onboarding for the squad.
• Partner with the Tech Lead on capacity, change control and scope management.
• Oversee commercial cadence – iteration acceptance, invoicing and change‑request handling.
• Support defect triage, warranty planning and cross‑squad integration touchpoints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project or delivery management experience on enterprise technology programmes.
• At least 3 years managing regulated financial services or payments delivery.
• Proven success delivering under fixed‑price, fixed‑scope contracts with formal KPI gating.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior program level.
• Experience with agile iteration patterns beyond basic Scrum.
