Project Manager (NPI & Engineering)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and oversee the full lifecycle of existing projects, ensuring cost, quality, and timing targets are met. This role acts as the primary liaison between customers, the factory, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and control NPI and existing projects from quotation to end‑of‑life.
• Manage resources such as staff, CAPEX, materials and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Drive RFQ generation, conduct risk analysis and deliver competitive quotations.
• Coordinate engineering change control, product end‑of‑life activities and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain financial oversight of project costs and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO and other health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year business or engineering program (ECE, EE, IE, ME preferred).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibility in the EMS industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and quality standards, business planning, project management and financial analysis.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer relations, people management and leadership abilities.
