Project Manager (Music Tech Startup)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, execution‑focused Project Manager to support an early‑stage music technology startup. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, optimise internal systems, and ensure cross‑functional teams deliver on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise project‑management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion or Monday.com and maintain a single source of truth for timelines and workflows.
• Plan, run and monitor daily/weekly sprint cycles, coordinate priorities across teams and flag risks or blockers early.
• Drive accountability across departments, conduct regular follow‑ups and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, monitor communication channels (Slack, Google Workspace) and keep initiatives aligned.
• Attend meetings, capture action items and ensure timely follow‑through, providing status updates to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations or startup coordination.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, remote‑first environments and manage agile workflows.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on creating structure, accountability and operational clarity.
