Project Manager

About the role

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of engineering projects from proposal through completion. Working closely with the Director and engineering team, you will coordinate activities, manage fee proposals, and ensure client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track multiple engineering projects, maintaining schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to drive project progress.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and manage project documentation.
• Prepare, coordinate, and track fee proposals and quotations, collaborating with technical teams for scope and pricing.
• Act as primary client contact for project updates and proposal status.
• Maintain project registers, status reports, and generate performance reports.
• Utilize HubSpot for proposal and client interaction management and support process improvements.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify risks and escalations.
