Project Manager

About the role

Weir is seeking a Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that support sustainable mining technology. Based in Pasig City, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with global teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and set timelines aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor daily progress, track milestones, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the Global Product Engineering team and cross‑functional stakeholders in Manila and Portland.
• Collect and analyze project data, build reports, and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI.
• Lead the migration from Planview to Jira, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
• Promote continuous process improvement and uphold a zero‑harm safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2, Agile preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
