Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead multiple initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. This role requires a blend of technical, functional, and agile expertise to plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables while providing transparent reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects according to defined objectives, success criteria, and service level agreements.
• Partner with Project Sponsors and Owners to create tactical and strategic plans.
• Coordinate daily operations with on‑site and off‑site team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
• Facilitate sprint execution, provide feedback, and ensure high team engagement.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct process modeling, gap analysis, and root‑cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Create UAT test plans, execute testing, and manage defect retesting.
• Prepare handover documentation and support transition to steady‑state operations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in risk and issue management.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience advising senior managers and executive teams.
