Project Manager & Head of Operations (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Operations and Project Management professional to take immediate ownership of day‑to‑day operational responsibilities. The role is fully remote and designed for a self‑starter who can bring structure, accountability, and execution to a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all active company projects, breaking goals into actionable tasks, assigning ownership, setting deadlines, and tracking completion.
• Build and maintain a company‑wide project management system using ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or a similar tool.
• Run weekly team stand‑ups, keep stakeholders aligned, and document repeatable SOPs for core functions.
• Oversee daily operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Support customer onboarding and success processes to reduce churn and improve retention.
• Manage and direct team members and contractors as needed.
• Create and maintain a weekly executive dashboard covering key SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, trial‑to‑paid conversion, NPS).
• Own the reporting cadence for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management or operations experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or tech company.
• Proven experience working for established, larger organizations.
• Expert‑level proficiency in at least one major PM tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and data‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to build SOPs and operational frameworks independently.
