Project Manager – GCS‑CSO, Cebu, Philippines

About the role

Teradyne is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver cross‑functional projects that support business objectives and operational excellence. Based in Cebu, the role works closely with engineering, operations, quality and business teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring and closure across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align on scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify, assess and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, risks and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to Teradyne processes, standards and governance.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing projects in a structured, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
