Project Manager – GCS-CSO (Cebu, Philippines)

About the role

Teradyne is seeking a Project Manager to lead service capability development for its Non‑Semitest product groups in Cebu, Philippines. The role will leverage the Global Customer Services (GCS) infrastructure to deliver projects that support manufacturing automation and testing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop service capabilities for Non‑Semitest product groups using GCS resources.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects ensuring on‑time, on‑scope delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, status reports, roadmaps, and decision‑making summaries for internal and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate business events such as leadership reviews, operational meetings, customer engagements, training sessions, workshops, and project kick‑offs.
• Manage event logistics, materials, participants, and follow‑up actions to support effective communication and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or project management.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Candidate must be based locally in Cebu; relocation is not provided.
