Project Manager – Fit Out (Residential)

About the role

The Project Manager (Fit Out) will lead end‑to‑end fit‑out projects for high‑end residential spaces, based on‑site in Makati. This full‑time position coordinates design finalisation, installation and handover while ensuring quality, safety and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of residential fit‑out projects from design to handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to align deliverables.
• Monitor material expediting, resolve on‑site issues and conduct regular inspections.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior fit‑out or construction projects, preferably in high‑end residential environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret design drawings, technical specifications and layout plans.
• Excellent organisational, detail‑oriented and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Makati and visit project locations as needed.
