Project Manager – BWPC

About the role

The Project Manager – BWPC will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects at our Gateway, Cavite site. You will work closely with line crews, factory teams, and external contractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical trainer for line teams, coaching on phenomena identification and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with factory teams on layout, automation, business case development and future innovations.
• Develop and maintain the User Requirements Specification (URS) and procurement packages for supplier RFPs.
• Lead the creation of project execution and safety plans, work sequences, schedules and network timelines.
• Review technical bids, participate in contractor selection and ensure fit with project requirements.
• Monitor project execution, conduct site audits, and lead regular engineering management meetings.
• Coordinate with R&D, procurement and quality teams for MPT execution and stability testing.
• Oversee asset tagging, fixed‑asset maintenance, audit processes and project close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and productivity improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders.
