Project Manager – Brand Launch & Account Execution

About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end launch process for new brands and products. The role coordinates Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Account Management to ensure timely setup, PO issuance, delivery and shelf execution, while also supporting post‑launch activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the Brand Launch Tracker for all active and upcoming accounts.
- Manage the full launch lifecycle from verbal authorization through vendor setup, PO generation, freight coordination and on‑shelf execution.
- Conduct daily check‑ins with internal stakeholders to surface risks early and drive resolution.
- Act as the bridge between Sales/Brand Management and Operations, flagging delays and escalating when necessary.
- Back‑schedule launch milestones and keep visibility on the critical path.
- Coordinate post‑launch activities such as new item forms, promotions and ongoing account requirements.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and train new team members on launch processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce timelines and prevent delays.
Required profile
- 2+ years of project management experience managing cross‑functional projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple departments and external partners.
- Ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
- Experience in CPG, food & beverage, retail, supply chain or account management is a plus.
- Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑growing environment.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, conditional formatting, back‑scheduling).
