Project Management Team Leader

About the role

The Project Management Team Leader provides strategic direction and oversight for a portfolio of highly complex, business‑critical projects. This senior position partners with sales, service, product and operations leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic alignment of high‑visibility projects with business goals and customer commitments.
• Act as the primary escalation point, removing barriers and enabling timely decision‑making.
• Champion execution rigor through Daily Management Systems, milestone management and lean methodologies.
• Build and maintain senior‑level customer relationships to foster confidence and loyalty.
• Mentor and develop a pipeline of Project Managers, identifying high‑potential talent for future leadership roles.
• Lead continuous‑improvement and simplification initiatives to boost efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Standardize construction and installation cost‑control processes and ensure compliance with safety and standard‑work requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, OTR and Design teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
