Project Management Officer

About the role

Join a leading airline and support the Program Manager in delivering new initiatives, operational improvements, and change programs across the organization. You will work within the Project Management Office to ensure projects are planned, executed, and monitored effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a standardized project management approach across the company.
• Set up and maintain a system to register projects and track the full project life‑cycle.
• Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Mentor and coach project leads while applying project management methodologies.
• Communicate milestones and status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Develop contingency plans, identify trigger events, and initiate corrective actions.
• Analyze actual performance against plans and adjust to meet objectives.

Required profile

• College or university graduate.
• 2–4 years of end‑to‑end project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management software (a plus).
• Proven ability to draft comprehensive Project Charters.
• Hands‑on experience in project budgeting and resource planning.
• Highly organized with strong risk, gap, and priority identification skills.
• Competent in establishing work structures, critical tasks, and milestones.
