About the role
ESSCOR is seeking a Project In Charge to lead construction projects focused on electronic security and low‑voltage system installations in Makati City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site‑level activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise site‑level project execution for electronic security and low‑voltage installations.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure proper installation practices.
- Monitor progress, resolve on‑site issues, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Maintain project documentation and report status to management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site‑level project supervision and installation.
- Working knowledge of electronic security and low‑voltage systems.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Makati City.
