Project Field Supervisor

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Project Field Supervisor to lead on‑site project implementation, quality control and vendor coordination within its semiconductor facilities. The role ensures safe, compliant and timely execution of projects while supporting the renewal of talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project implementation, performing regular checks with contractors and producing required documentation.
• Escalate any project issues that may affect delivery to all relevant stakeholders.
• Drive corrective actions from field inspections and ensure they are completed within agreed timelines.
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards, SOPs, PORs, LOPs and work instructions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality teams for necessary changes.
• Conduct periodic contractor orientations and manage vendor relationships for recruitment.
• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities O&M, project management or project quality control within a semiconductor or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of clean‑room environments, construction standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOLE, PEZA, Building Code).
• Proven ability to manage contractors and drive continuous improvement.
• Good analytical abilities and solid written/oral communication skills.

• Regulatory compliance: DOLE, PEZA, DOE, ERC, BFO, Fire Code, LLDA, DENR, PDEA, Building Code.
• Project quality control and inspection techniques.

• Cleanroom operations and semiconductor facility systems.
• Construction standards: Electrical Code, Mechanical Code, BFP.
