Project Engineer – Innovation & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead innovation and automation initiatives across our manufacturing sites. The role focuses on driving productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess automation and process improvement opportunities across commissaries.
• Develop detailed project scope documentation using standardized scope lock sheets.
• Lead supplier selection aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Prepare and present project funding proposals for management approval.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure equipment meets performance standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of equipment installation, qualification, and handover to manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in process innovation and automation within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading process improvement projects.
• Experience in engineering project management in a multinational or FMCG environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Calubang, Laguna.
