Project Designer – Retail Spaces

About the role

The Project Designer will help shape the brand’s retail environments, turning concepts into detailed design plans and construction-ready renderings. Working closely with business development, engineering, and operations, you will ensure each store meets the brand’s aesthetic standards and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop practical, on‑trend designs for eyewear, cosmetics, and lifestyle retail spaces.
• Create custom furniture, decorative objects, and detailed product drawings for stores and headquarters.
• Support the Retail Design Manager in meeting project timelines and delegations.
• Coordinate with retail operations to confirm design feasibility and compliance with standards.
• Manage third‑party suppliers, provide complete design assets, and oversee timely project completion.
• Prepare project updates, guidelines for contractors, and source quotations for approval.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to generate effective design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in retail or interior design.
• Ability to inspire creativity within a team and give constructive feedback.
