Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our construction operations and project management teams. The role involves handling project documentation, communications, and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming information in the absence of project managers.
• Prepare job kits, meeting minutes, and correspondence for project managers and superintendents.
• Request, compile, and prepare subcontractor bids, proposals, and change orders.
• Draft correspondence such as dunning letters, punch lists, and RFIs.
• Process, log, and distribute submittals; follow up on deliveries and outstanding information.
• Transmit plans and general information to appropriate parties.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors, clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Support superintendents and project managers as needed.
• Manage correspondence files, organize closed job files, and coordinate close‑out packages with accounting.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Proven experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:30 PM PST.
• Monthly salary of $1,200.
