Project Coordinator (Architectural)

About the role

This remote, full‑time position supports an Australian universal design and accessibility firm. The Project Coordinator will assist with architectural drawing reviews, design documentation, and client liaison while promoting equitable access.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings using checklists and tools.
• Prepare design review reports and technical PDFs using Adobe/Bluebeam.
• Develop standard drawing layouts and produce basic architectural feature drawings.
• Coordinate project administration and liaise with clients and external parties.
• Participate in professional development activities and company events.

Required profile

• Architectural degree qualified.
• Minimum 2 years experience in architectural design.
• Strong task and time management, highly organised and process‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn Australian building codes and standards.

Required skills

• Exceptional technical skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with architectural drawing software and ability to prepare basic drawings.
• Proficiency in reviewing and marking up drawings in Bluebeam Revu (preferred).
• Ability to create PDF reports using Adobe/Bluebeam.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of Php 50,000 paid bi‑monthly.
• Overtime and public holiday pay, 13th month pay eligibility.
• 6‑month probation, then 10 days annual leave, 5 days sick leave.
• HMO after probation, annual salary review, laptop after 30 days.
• Permanent work‑from‑home role with fixed shift 5:30 AM–2:30 PM Philippine time, Monday‑Friday.
