Project Controller – SEA & Pacific

About the role

The Project Controller will oversee financial performance for projects across the SEA & Pacific region. This role ensures accurate budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and reporting to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, revenue and overall performance.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, accruals, forecasts and performance analysis.
• Manage client invoicing activities, including billing preparation, submission, tracking and payment follow‑ups.
• Support project managers in tracking progress, deliverables, risks and commercial performance.
• Ensure billing, revenue recognition and project activities align with contractual terms and company processes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve project, billing or reporting issues promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting efficiencies and overall project control activities.
