Project Architect

About the role

The Project Architect will translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and oversee the execution of construction projects. This role combines creative design, technical drafting, and project management to ensure successful delivery of architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare as‑built drawings and initial layouts for showrooms using 2D and 3D software.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative designs from concept through execution.
• Estimate costs and conduct cost‑analysis for construction projects.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors and clients.
• Manage project budgets, including filing, requesting, and liquidating funds.
• Assist in supervising construction sites to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and workflow milestones.
• Prepare plans and support Area Sales Managers in obtaining required building permits.
• Perform additional duties to ensure efficient operation of the work unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BS Architecture).
• Strong attention to technical detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work onsite in Las Piñas and travel to project sites as needed.
• Experience in a related field is an advantage.
• Possession of a driver’s license is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D design software.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
