About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Las Piñas. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning to close‑out, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources.
  • Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
  • Conduct site inspections, track daily/weekly progress, and handle client coordination.
  • Manage documentation, progress billing, variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close‑out.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • PRC‑licensed Electronics or Electrical Engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in FDAS and Auxiliary items and proven project‑manager experience in construction.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
