Project Accountant – Property & Construction (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Accountant to join a well‑established property development and construction organisation. The role supports the financial management of construction projects and will be performed remotely from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts and cash flow statements.
• Track project expenses, process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Produce regular financial reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Reconcile project accounts and monitor compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement and senior finance staff to resolve financial issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in project accounting, preferably within construction or property development.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
