About the role

The Program Manager for Niche and Special Markets will lead the design, execution, and oversight of strategic initiatives aimed at specialized market segments for a leading bank. You will work closely with sales, product, and operational teams to align programs with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads, sales, product, and operational stakeholders to develop and launch targeted programs.
• Use market insights and customer feedback to tailor strategies for niche segments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to plan and implement programs, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve program effectiveness.
• Implement process improvements based on performance data and feedback.
• Engage key clients, build relationships, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Utilize CRM data to refine program delivery and customer experience.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and research to inform decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate program performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead training workshops for sales teams on niche market program management.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends relevant to niche markets.
• Proven experience developing and managing strategic programs or projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
