Program Manager - Customer Experience

About the role

Canva is looking for a Program Manager to join its Service Design & Delivery team in Makati. You will act as the bridge between User Voice and other Canva teams, turning strategic priorities into coordinated action plans that enable seamless support experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of minor and major change programs, including product launches, pricing updates, and new subscription models.
• Translate ambiguous briefs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate timelines, track progress, and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
• Lead support strategy and enablement for key launches and high‑impact initiatives.
• Partner cross‑functionally with User Voice, Product, Marketing, Content & Discovery, and Design Experience teams.
• Support operational cadences, goal planning, and team rhythms within Service Design & Delivery.

Required profile

• Direct Program or Product Management experience, preferably in the tech sector.
• Ability to move projects from chaos to clarity, even with incomplete briefs.
• Strong business and user acumen, balancing speed, quality, cost, and impact.
• Effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Clear communication of complex ideas through structured documents, visuals, or data‑driven recommendations.
• Proactive, adaptable, and hands‑on attitude.
• Motivation to build operational foundations that support high‑quality experiences at scale.
