Production Support Operator

About the role

The Production Support Operator works on a semiconductor manufacturing line to maximise throughput while maintaining high quality, yield and cycle time. The role involves operating equipment, following strict process requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assigned tasks according to work instructions.
• Apply ESD, 5S, and cleanroom (C.C.) standards and report any deviations to technicians.
• Follow IATF16949 and EHS requirements as defined in the manuals.
• Assist the production line coordinator in meeting production targets.
• Handle raw and auxiliary materials and tools correctly to ensure efficient, cost‑effective manufacturing.
• Participate in TPM activities and other continuous‑improvement projects.
• Complete required worksheets and reports accurately.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Middle school certificate or higher; technical certificate preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor assembly and test environments.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing requirements such as ESD, 5S and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety standards.
