Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our facility in Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently, on schedule, and safely while upholding the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance throughout each shift.
• Plan and manage workflow schedules to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing quality control procedures and conducting regular inspections.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal company policies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to guarantee equipment availability and minimal downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Relevant experience supervising production or manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to work onsite in Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
