Production Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring output and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet schedule, quality and safety targets.
• Assign workloads, prepare daily schedules and coach/train employees on production processes and machine operations.
• Monitor production progress and generate reports such as Daily Accomplishment, Planned vs. Actual Manhours, Production Planning and Incident/Non‑Conformance reports.
• Identify and resolve issues related to warehouse delays, safety or GMP compliance.
• Review, recommend and implement revisions to production processes and work instructions.
• Participate in company‑mandated trainings and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience in production supervision or production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with INFOR LN ERP.
