About the role
We are hiring a Production Supervisor for our breadline operations. The role involves overseeing shift‑level production in a bakery environment, ensuring output targets, GMP compliance and quality control.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee shift‑level operations of the food and bakery production lines.
- Focus on operational execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance, real‑time quality control, and managing personnel shift logs and attendance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or a related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
- Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.
