Production Operator – Semiconductor Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our semiconductor assembly and burn‑in/test team in the Philippines. The role is fully onsite and involves working in a clean‑room environment to ensure high‑quality production of laser and optical components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform semiconductor assembly, burn‑in and test operations following clean‑room protocols.
• Handle and manipulate very small parts using tweezers and precision tools.
• Maintain documentation, including material safety data sheets (MSDS) and production logs.
• Support a small production team and step in as a lead when required.
• Adapt to changing daily activities and stand for extended periods as needed.

Required profile

• College level education or a 2‑year technical course graduate.
• 2‑3 years experience in semiconductor assembly or burn‑in/test production.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent manual dexterity and vision correctable with glasses (no contact lenses).
• Willingness to stand for long periods and maintain flexibility in tasks.
