Production Operator, Plant Mechanic & Technician

About the role

The Production Operator, Plant Mechanic, and Technician is responsible for running production equipment, maintaining plant machinery, and providing technical support to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to procedures and schedules, monitoring output and product quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair or replace defective components to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration.
• Record production data, maintenance logs, and incident reports accurately.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, and workplace safety policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, vocational certificate or technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, or plant maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
