Production Operator – Optoelectronic Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our optoelectronic manufacturing team. You will work on set‑up, assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair of optical products in a fast‑paced, 24‑hour environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up and assemble optoelectronic components and sub‑assemblies.
• Perform functional tests using optical power meters, digital multimeters, laser sources and other test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective units following technical manuals and schematics.
• Maintain clean work areas and handle micro‑optics, optical fibers and delicate optical surfaces.
• Follow written work instructions and adhere to safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• High school graduate or technical/vocational school graduate; some college education is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a start‑up manufacturing environment.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling very small components.
• Reliable attendance, willingness to work night shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Effective communication and teamwork orientation.
